The project is anchored by the District’s first Target—a two-level 180,000-square foot store and features
Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Washington Sports Club, Marshalls, DSW and Petco as well as space for locally owned stores and a 1,000 car below-grade parking facility. The project was the primary driver behind Columbia Heights' winning the 2008 ULI Community Builders Award. BLT Architects designed the complex and Development Corporation of Columbia Heights is a community-based partner.
